Who we are
Cigar Concierge is a product of Zuke Technologies ("we," "us"). This policy covers this marketing website (cigarconcierge.app) and the Cigar Concierge product used in tobacco retail stores. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
Customers using the in-store kiosk
The kiosk was designed to collect as little as possible:
Anonymous sessions. Customers never create accounts or sign in. Answers given to the recommendation wizard exist only for the session and are automatically deleted after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Optional email delivery. If a customer chooses to email themselves their recommendations, we use that address to send the email, and the store they were shopping in can see addresses captured at its own kiosks. We don't sell these addresses or use them for our own marketing.
Usage counters. We keep aggregate monthly statistics per store (for example, number of sessions and recommendations). These contain no personal information.
Visitors to this website
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited and how visitors found us. If you submit the demo request form, we collect the details you provide (name, email, shop name, phone if given, and your message) solely to respond to your inquiry and arrange a demo. We don't sell this information or add you to third-party marketing lists.
Store owners
Owner accounts are protected by industry-standard authentication with encrypted sign-in. Each store's inventory, custom cigars, email captures, and usage statistics are scoped to that store and visible only to its authorized users and to us as the service operator. We use store data to run the service — not to advertise, profile, or share with other stores.
Where data lives
The service runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit, and we follow AWS best practices for securing it at rest.
Age policy
Cigar Concierge is intended for licensed tobacco retailers and operates inside age-controlled stores. Nothing in the product or on this site is directed at persons under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a demo inquiry or an email capture at any time via the contact page. Store owners can remove captured emails from their own dashboard.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
